Description de l’offre :
Dans le cadre du développement commercial de notre société, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec le responsable commercial ainsi qu'une équipe jeune et dynamique.
Poste principalement basé à l’aéroport, votre mission consistera à :
- Accueillir et informer les clients/passagers
- Assister les passagers lors d’un litige bagage

Formation :
Bac à Bac+3, vous avez déjà une expérience réussie dans le domaine de l’assistance et/ou du tourisme. Vous avez également suivi une formation ou fais des études en langues étrangères (anglais/allemand/espagnol/chinois).

Profil du candidat :
Qualités requises : En plus de la capacité d’écoute, d’analyse et de dialogue, vous avez un bon relationnel. Autonome, vous aimez néanmoins travailler en équipe. Vous maîtrisez les langues étrangères et êtes motivé(e) à l’idée d’être en contact direct avec la clientèle.
